This ball is designed specifically for use on rhythmic gymnastics mats. Only use it on official rhythmic pop-up mats. Avoid using it on rough surfaces or carpets to prevent damage.
To adjust the air pressure, use the Sasaki ball pump. Other pumps can harm the valve due to varying needle sizes.
Apply a small amount of grease to the pump needle tip before carefully inserting it into the valve. Remove the needle in the same careful manner. Do not pump the ball without lubrication.
Avoid over-inflation or deflation, as these can cause the ball to warp, expand, or break. Adjust the air gradually while monitoring the ball's condition. Do not exceed the recommended diameter, and avoid deflating the ball during transport.
The ball's surface has a special coating. After each use, wipe it clean with a damp cloth, let it dry, and store it in a cloth bag.
Keep the ball away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight can cause color staining and valve damage as it dries and hardens.
