We will send confirmation of your order once you have completed the ordering process and before the goods are delivered to you.

DELIVERY COSTS

We aim to find the best value postage and packaging to ensure your order arrives with you quickly and undamaged. Where you are ordering a combination of tapes and hoops/tubing, we promise to seek out the best value postage. We know you want your order to get to you as soon as possible and we aim to meet your expectation. Our aim is to dispatch orders within 3 days but always sooner rather than later. Please get in touch if you need an item in a hurry and we can do an individual quote for you. The following delivery costs are approximate and subject change without notice due to relying on external parcel delivery organisations. Our Couriers delivery schedule is 2 to 5 days. Please note, these prices are for delivery to UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you are outside this area.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you change your mind and contact us within 14 days of placing your order:

• You are entitled to a full refund.
• If the goods have already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them.
• For a refund, the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your items have been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of our further action.

In all cases, please contact us by email prior and as soon as you propose to returning the items to ensure we can do what we can to help you with any issues you may have. We will email you with the address to return the goods to.

If in the event your order arrives with you defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email in order that we can work out a solution with you.

Please note that if an item has been especially designed and created for you, the above conditions do not apply. However, if you have a problem with a bespoke item, please get in touch to discuss the matter. We are quite sure we can work something out.

We are happy to ship worldwide. Please get in touch by email with your requirements and delivery address including your postcode. We can then prepare a quotation for goods including the cost of postage and packaging.
